1. Our Commitment to Copyright

DCPornX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content providers to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices. Repeat infringers will have their access to the Site terminated.

2. Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content on dcpornx.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a list of works if multiple.
2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) on dcpornx.com where the allegedly infringing content appears.

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user responsible where applicable.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal judicial district (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

DCPornX will terminate access for users and content submitters who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. False Claims Warning

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
